Collaborative Home Services

Helping you navigate services available to your family

We connect families to resources that improve their lives. Some of those resources are for physical and mental health concerns, drug and alcohol programs, and improved job skills that lead to greater financial stability.

We also work to improve your family life. Collaborative Home Services provides in-home support for learning positive parenting practices, healthy ways to bond with children and information on child safety and well-being to enhance school performance and avoid truancy.

Families can get assistance with community resources such as:
• Housing Assistance
• Vocational Rehabilitation
• Supplemental Security Income
• Earned Income Credits
• Head Start
• Teen Parenting programs
• Oregon Department of Employment
• Domestic violence response
• Behavioral health intervention
• Other resources where needs are identified

Stability is possible

Collaborative Home Services helps families gain self-sufficiency, connects children with counseling support and Individualized Education Plans at school. We also provide intensive support to domestic violence victims.

Please call our main office at 503-472-4020 for more information.
Families receiving Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF) benefits through Department of Human Services can be referred through their family coach.
