Family Support and Connections

Family stability starts with you

Family Support and Connections (FSC) provides parents with the support, mentoring, and education they need to build stronger families. We work with you to strengthen bonds, improve parenting skills, and create safe environments for children.
Family Support and Connections services are intended to increase parenting skills that are proven to reduce child abuse and neglect such as:
• Nurturing and attachment
• Knowledge of parenting skills
• Parental resilience
• Parental social connections
• Positive concrete supports

Start your family on the right path

As parenting skills increase, child abuse and maltreatment decreases. This reduces the intervention by child welfare agencies and leads to healthier children and stronger families.

Families who are receiving Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF) qualify for FSC services. Please call our main office at 503-472-4020 for more information.
