2023 client survey is here!

We want to hear from LCS Northwest clients and service participants. We take what you tell us very seriously. Your input is essential in our pursuit of health, justice and hope. Two years ago we conducted our first annual client survey, collected meaningful feedback and took several action steps. Last year, we did our second survey and took additional actions, as shown here.

Now we are conducting our third annual client survey. We are seeking feedback on service accessibility, effectiveness, delivery of trauma-informed care, and relevance of our services to people’s lives.

If you received services from LCSNW in 2023, we encourage you to fill out the survey. It takes only ten minutes or so to complete. The deadline is December 31, 2023.
