Child and Family Team Services

Supporting youth and families through life’s challenges

Childhood and adolescence can be challenging times. Our Child and Family Services Team is here to help youth and families to help handle those challenges. Whether dealing with grief, past trauma, difficult family relationships or other difficult situations, our Child and Family Services Team can help your youth and family move towards hope and healing.

We recognize that each family’s needs are different. We offer a number of different services to help meet those needs, including:

  • Medication Management and Case Management
  • Support from peers with shared life experiences
  • Mental Health Counseling – individual, group and individual therapy; Counseling services can also be accessed in a school-based setting at Crooked River Elementary School at 757 E 1st Street in Prineville. Any youth enrolled in school can walk in and access mental and behavioral health services through LCS Northwest.

For more challenging behaviors, we offer Wraparound services for families. Using the community-based Wraparound process, a team will seek to discover needs behind behaviors and ways to meet those needs.

We also work with Youth in Transition who may need additional opportunities to feel prepared for their entrance into adulthood with skill-building activities and learning.

We serve clients up to the age of 18 and their families.
