Community Support Services

Helping Individuals Build a New Life

People with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) need access to behavioral health treatment and support services within their communities. Our Community Support Services team comes alongside individuals and helps them move toward living independently and successfully in their communities.

We help clients secure housing and jobs, navigate public systems and build fulfilling community connections all while maintaining family relationships and friendships. We connect our clients to services through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy.  With these supports in place our clients tend to stabilize and graduate to less intensive adult behavioral programs.
