Self-Sufficiency Programs

Many of our self-sufficiency programs accept self referrals and all of our program accept referrals from the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).

Family Support & Connection

Family Support and Connections (FSC) services are intended to increase parental protective factors, which decrease the risk of safety threats associated with child abuse and child maltreatment, therefore reducing the incidents of child welfare involvement.

We serve parents who are struggling with barriers and life issues which threaten the family’s safety and stability.

People wanting FSC Services are referred by their providers and may self-refer. To be eligible parents with open investigation with child welfare are still eligible as this program is designed to deter families from system involvement. Parents with a legal open child welfare case are not eligible.
