Serving Spokane County and communities throughout Eastern Washington.
We offer a range of services from our office in downtown Spokane.
We believe every child deserves a home where they feel safe, supported, and loved. Our Child Wellness programs work to ensure that children and families facing adversity can grow and thrive in strong, stable environments.
Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Foster Care—With the help of international resettlement agencies, we place refugee youth ages 14-17 in Spokane area foster homes. As with traditional foster care, the goal is to provide a safe home and a network of support for youth in need. We serve minors seeking refuge from various overseas and Central American countries, who entered the resettlement process without a parent or guardian to care for them.
Our foster families and program staff work together to help youth heal from past trauma, learn English, continue their education and prepare for a future of independence.
If supporting a refugee youth is something your family or others in your social network are interested in, we hope you will consider working with us.
Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)—WISe came out of a need to serve youth with mental and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities to decrease the reliance on out-of-home placements. When other strategies haven’t worked, it’s time to try WISe.

WISe is a voluntary program serving youth under the age of 21 who are Medicaid eligible and having a qualifying mental health diagnosis.

Problematic Sexualized Behavior (PSB)—We offer this specialized treatment process for youth with problematic sexualized behavior that focuses on education, supervision, family support, community collaboration, and therapeutic intervention. Our goal is to reduce the occurrence of problematic sexualized behaviors for individual youth and the community as a whole.
We primarily work with youth ages 17 and younger. We serve Medicaid eligible families and accept some private insurance. Please note that we do not currently have a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) on staff, so services provided may not conform to some court requirements such as SSODA or SSOSA treatment.
