Health navigation helps residents of Clark County access care

Oct 22, 2026
A flyer explaining the health navigation service available to some residents in Clark County, Washington who live outside city limits of Vancouver, Washington.

Navigating healthcare can be overwhelming, especially when facing language barriers, insurance questions, or searching for a provider. We offer health navigation and education at no charge to people who meet several requirements, including residing in designated areas of Clark County and limits for income.

This service helps participants understand options for health insurance, connect with primary and dental care providers, schedule medical appointments, and access interpretation and medical transportation services. Our health navigator can help you make sense of your medical bills and communication from your insurer.

Services are available to adults with household incomes at or below 80% of area median income in communities outside Vancouver city limits within Clark County, including Washougal, Camas, Ridgefield, and Woodland.

This service is funded through the Clark County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

For details, contact health navigator Olena Lupyr, [email protected] or 564-227-1236.

Our flyer about our navigation services has helpful details.
