We provide comprehensive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services for individuals, families, and groups.
We serve all individuals across the lifespan: youth, adolescents, adults, and families. Youth 14 and older may access counseling independently (parent/guardian consent required for medication services). In-clinic counseling and telehealth available.
The school-based mental health program provides mental health services to children, youth, and families. Mental health counseling and skill building services are available to students K-5th grades at schools in McMinnville School District and K-8th grades in Newberg School District. Mental health services are available regardless of a student’s insurance or ability to pay. The services are provided at each student’s school during the school day to make services more accessible to families by eliminating concerns about transportation, time, and scheduling.
This program offers integrated care for individuals facing challenges with substance use or problem gambling, or a combination of mental health issues, substance use, and/or problem gambling. Low-barrier services are available for individual and group sessions and include peer support. Our peer support specialists are available to meet with clients to provide emotional support, case management, help navigating community resources, and introduction to integrated services. We do not offer DUII services in this program.
Our skill-based groups encourage and provide a supportive environment to focus on the consequences of anger, violence, and controlling behaviors. Participants increase their self-awareness and build skills needed to avoid violence. Our goal is for participants to build and maintain healthy relationships within their lives. We accept OHP insurance and have a sliding fee discount for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.
Everyone deserves a safe and culturally sensitive space to care for their mental health. The Prosperando Juntos Program is specifically designed to serve the Hispanic/Latinx community, offering therapy sessions in Spanish that respect and value everyone’s unique traditions, values, and experiences. We serve individuals across the lifespan: youth, adolescents, adults, and families.
Working alongside a client’s mental health treatment team, Family Skills & Wellness helps families strengthen routines, improve relationships, and practice coping skills in real-world settings.
Services are tailored to each family’s strengths, culture, goals, and treatment plan. Support is provided in the home, community, or through telehealth when appropriate. Services are available in English and Spanish, with access to an after-hours and weekend crisis line for enrolled families.
FSW is designed for youth and families who would benefit from additional coaching and skill practice to support their mental health goals.
Peer Support Services are provided by trained professionals with lived experience navigating mental health and/or substance use recovery. Peer Support Specialists have completed specialized training and provide strengths-based, recovery-oriented support.
