Learning that is transformative and inspires lasting growth opens the door to real change.

That’s why we deliver professional and organizational development led by knowledgeable instructors with lived experience from the same immigrant and refugee communities we serve.

OUR APPROACH

We work with individuals, nonprofits, for-profits, agencies, and everyone in-between.

We combine deep expertise and real-world experience to create training and solutions that help people launch careers and enable organizations to manage change, attract talent, and thrive in an evolving world.
