Resources for Caregivers

Caregiving 101, a new online resource library created by LCS’ South Puget Sound Office, covers topics such as understanding the changes that come about with aging, issues that families face, and self-care for caregivers. Articles in the series include The Four Stages of Caregiving, Assuming the Role of Caregiver, and Adult Day Services. To access these articles, click here.

Caregiver University is a new program providing education, resources and support to improve the quality of life for both caregivers and those they care for, and to help caregivers avoid burnout. To learn more, click here.

Both the Caregiving 101 series and Caregiver University were developed by LCS’ South Puget Sound Office.
