Achieving health and well being for a better life

Better lives mean better communities. So we partner with thousands of people as they make their journeys from addiction, trauma and mental health issues to recovery, hope and happiness.

We offer counseling services, drug and alcohol treatment and prevention programs, and support and advocacy for victims of crime and sexual assault. Our staff is as diverse and multicultural as the people we serve. We work collaboratively with community partners to leverage the resources our clients need to recover, heal and thrive. Services vary by region.

Clinical mental health counseling can be accessed in Portland, Beaverton, North Puget Sound, Tri-Cities, SpokaneYamhill County, and Klamath Falls.

Substance use disorder treatment is offered at Klamath Falls.

Cross-cultural counseling services for refugees and immigrants are available at Portland, Beaverton, and North Puget Sound (Kent and SeaTac) locations. In addition, North Puget Sound provides services for asylum seekers.

Counseling and advocacy services for victims of sexual assault, trafficking and other trauma are available through our Spokane office.

Crime victim support is offered in Portland, Vancouver and Spokane.

You are welcome here.
We offer services without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, ability, military or veteran status, source of income or political affiliation.

We're determined to keep vulnerable families together and help children thrive! That's why our #klamathfalls Relief Nursery Manager, Joseph Maurer, spent a day meeting with leaders at the Oregon Capitol. Relief nurseries all over the state, including ours in KFalls and #yamhillcounty, are counting on their support. Thank you, Rep. Emily McIntire (top photo, center) and State Senator Dennis Linthicum (bottom photo, center). Also thanks to Rep. Kim Wallan (not pictured). #HealthJusticeHope #parenteducation #orleg ...
