Youth Outpatient Mental Health – Now with expanded medication management

Our commitment to increasing access to coordinated youth mental health care continues to grow at LCSNW Tri-Cities. With the addition of two new Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) – Dr. Alejandra Elizondo and Donna Braswell – our team partners closely with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure youth and families receive comprehensive support aligned with their individual circumstances.

Among LCSNW mental and behavioral health programs is Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH), which is designed to eliminate barriers and provide timely access to mental health support for youth up to age 21. Our multidisciplinary team offers:

  • Mental health assessments by licensed prescribers
  • Individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based approaches
  • Medication monitoring, follow‑up, and education to support safe and effective treatment when medication is part of care
  • Telehealth options to improve access, flexibility, and convenience for families
This integrated model ensures youth receive coordinated care that addresses their unique needs, goals, and strengths.
