Lutheran Community Services Northwest is committed to helping individuals we work with access their human right to housing through a variety of programs based upon Housing First principles. We provide housing services including case management, rent assistance, and housing stability services to eligible households in multiple counties.
In Snohomish County:
Rapid Rehousing
Services: Housing search and case management
Eligibility: Literally homeless households (for those who are sleeping outside, in a car, or in another place not meant for human habitation) in Snohomish County
Program referral through calling VOAWW Connect.

Eligibility: Literally homeless households (for those who are sleeping outside, in a car, or in another place not meant for human habitation) in Snohomish County
Program referral through calling VOAWW Connect. (To enter this program, you must enroll in the Coordinated Entry Program, and your Case Manager must receive a referral from Snohomish County.)
In King County:

Homelessness Prevention
Services: Case management and rent assistance
Eligibility: Households in Pierce County facing immediate eviction with a notice

ORIA Housing Stabilization Services
Services: Case management and rent assistance
Eligibility: Households of humanitarian parolees and refugees in Washington state who are at immediate risk of homelessness and meet ORIA eligibility
