Housing Assistance
Helping people achieve housing stability
Lutheran Community Services Northwest is committed to helping individuals we work with access their human right to housing through a variety of programs based upon Housing First Principles. These include services in multiple counties.
- Pierce – Rapid Rehousing for homeless households
- Snohomish – Resource Navigation and Rapid Rehousing for homeless households
- King, Pierce, and Clark Counties – Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance (ORIA) Housing Stabilization Services for recent arrival refugees
Resources are provided to our clients to ensure their efforts towards housing stability is achievable. Community can help us ensure we are able to help our clients with basic needs by providing:
- Gas cards
- Minor car repair/maintenance (oil change)
- Bus passes
- Household essential needs (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, feminine products)
To be considered for assistance with Snohomish County Rapid Rehousing, Resource Navigation or Pierce County Rapid Rehousing:
Households are required to contact Coordinated Entry or 211. (We cannot accept walk-ins or direct phone calls.)
