Asylum Seeker Assistance Program
The Asylum Assistance Program (also called Welcome Center) provides case management and support services to asylum seekers and other humanitarian immigrants in the Portland and Salem areas who are ineligible for Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) benefits.
