Counseling Programs

LCSNW Mental Health Program provides a wide range of mental health services for individuals and families that honor each person’s background and are sensitive to the impact of past trauma. With six uniquely focused programs, we serve all aspects of mental health care to help those we serve find a pathway towards meeting their personal wellness goals.

LCSNW Yamhill Mental Health Services Include:

– Mental health assessments to evaluate Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, Problem Gambling disorders, and/or court mandated domestic violence evaluations.

– Individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, skill building, peer support services, case management.

– We serve individuals and families of all ages to meet their therapeutic goals and support them through their wellness journey. We accept OHP, select private insurances and Medicare (as space allows). We also offer a sliding fee scale discount based on income for uninsured or under-insured individuals.

Clinic Based:

Our clinic based counseling services help people find the strength to heal and respond to many of life’s challenges. Our experienced clinicians seek to understand each person’s unique situation and develop a plan to assist individuals on their path to wellness through counseling and skill-building. We provide services in all three locations and via telehealth.

School Based Mental Health:

We offer a full spectrum of mental health services for children and adolescents in participating Yamhill County schools.

Healthy Relationships:

The Healthy Relationships Program is offered in a supportive environment to focus on the consequences of anger, violence, and controlling behaviors. Individuals will increase their self awareness and will build skills needed to avoid violence and maintain healthy relationships.

Integrated Recovery Services:

The Integrated Recovery Services program is part of our Clinic Based program and provides compassionate support and holistic care for individuals facing challenges with substance use, problem gambling, mental health, or a combination of mental health issues. We specialize in co-occurring mental health and addiction challenges.

Family Stabilization Services:

Our LCSNW Yamhill Family Stabilization Services provide weekly support to children, adolescents and families in their home. Each visit will focus on tools that enhance your family’s strengths and reflect your personal culture, goals and behaviors.

Medication Management:

We collaborate with you to adjust and manage your medication tailored to improve your well-being. Our experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializes in supporting established mental health clients, ensuring your medication therapy aligns with your ongoing treatment goals.

Prosperando Juntos:

Prosperando Juntos is a Spanish- speaking, culturally responsive mental health service for Latinx individuals and families in Yamhill County. This program aims to celebrate, acknowledge, and be inclusive of the unique strengths and needs of the Latinx community.
