DUII Educations and Rehabilitation

We’re here to work with you to get your driver’s licenses back after you have been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). We work with you to live life alcohol free. Earning your license again is important to retain employment and provide for your family.

We have more than 20 years of experience with our DUII Education and Rehabilitation program. We have excellent community relationships with partnering agencies.

Our program is for people who have been charged with their first DUI. When you successfully complete the program, charges are dismissed, but will still show on your record as dismissed.

Our DUII program is offered in English or in Spanish. We assist people who have had their licenses revoked or suspended with:

• Education – 16 hours is required. Classes are every Wednesday from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
• Treatment – Evaluation is required and we offer individualized treatment plans.
• Monitoring – Each client’s situation is different.

Referrals to our program come from the District Attorney’s office and alcohol and drug evaluation services agencies. Oregon Medicaid will generally pay for treatment. Most insurances will not pay for mandated treatment. We have a sliding fee scale and other options to pay for treatment.
