Healthy Relationships

Everyone deserves healthier relationships

Our skill-based programs provide a supportive environment to focus on the consequences of anger, violence, and controlling behaviors. Participants will increase their self-awareness and will build skills needed to avoid violence. Our goal is for you to build healthy relationships.

Anger Management is a 12-week skills-based program that focuses on the consequences of anger while teaching techniques to avoid violence. Participants will learn effective communication, self-awareness, and tools needed to self-regulate their anger. This program is open to mandated and voluntary participants.

Domestic Violence is a 36-week intensive group program focused on accountability for unhealthy behavior patterns. Group members work together to gain the skills and self-awareness needed to prevent future abuse. Participants will learn to challenge unhealthy patterns and build healthy relationships based on mutual respect, clear boundaries, and communication. This program meets the state requirements for a Batterer Intervention Program.
