Tri-Cities Holiday Lane

Holiday lane logo in ornamentHoliday Lane is a proud tradition at the Tri-Cities offices of Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW). This heartwarming event offers families in Benton and Franklin Counties, who are part of our mental and behavioral health programs, an opportunity to select holiday gifts for their loved ones.
Each year, LCSNW looks to our local businesses and community members to help make the holiday season special for these families by donating holiday gifts and/or money. Donations of toys, household items, coats and other clothing are greatly appreciated. Financial contributions are also welcome and will be used to purchase additional gifts to ensure every child, from birth to age 21, has a joyful holiday experience.

How to Get Involved

  • Gift Donations: Please drop off new, unwrapped gifts at one of our LCSNW offices no later than December 17, 2024:
    • In Kennewick at 3321 W Kennewick Ave., Suite 150
    • In Pasco at 5710 Bedford St
  • Monetary Donations: Financial contributions can be made online at https://lcsnw.org/make-a-difference or by mailing a check to LCSNW, 3321 W Kennewick Ave., Suite 150, Kennewick, WA 99336.
  • Personal Shoppers: Sign up to help walk alongside a parent/guardian as they pick out free gifts for their families. Each family’s designated shopping appointment is 10 minutes long. Sign up HERE.
While we accept donations up to the day of the event, early donations delivered by the second week of November help us better prepare.
In the weeks leading up to Holiday Lane, LCSNW staff at the Kennewick Main Office enjoy a friendly competition decorating the hallways surrounding their offices. This creates a fun and festive area for families to shop within our building during the event. Over the two days of Holiday Lane, registered families have prescheduled appointments to walk alongside a personal shopper in the LCNSW building, selecting free gifts for their family members. This event not only provides essential support to families in need, but also brings the community together in the spirit of giving.
