In-Home Safety and Reunification Services

Guiding your family back together

We work to bring families together. Our goal is to bring children who have been placed in foster care back to their families in a safe and timely manner. We also work to strengthen families where there is a possibility of children being placed in foster care.

Our intensive services focus on safety and change through in-home accountability and connection to support services. Areas of focus include recovery, mental health, family stabilization, family safety and preventing re-abuse or neglect.

Safety and stability at home

ISRS is available to families involved with DHS-Child Welfare who are at risk of having their children removed from the home or who are in the reunification process.

Services are available for families within 72 hours of referral date. Once enrolled, families can access help 24 hours a day, seven days a week with short-term and intensive services. The service period lasts six to eight weeks, and most families receive six to 10 hour per week of services.
