We have three counselors. They all have a Master’s Degree in Counseling or a Master’s Degree in Social Work. We provide outpatient services only, but our counselors use a community-based approach. Most of our counseling takes place in our Vancouver office, and we are also available to meet with you at your home, a faith-based institution of your choice, a hospital or any place that is secure and comfortable for you. We offer counseling services in Brush Prairie. Our staff strictly adheres to Federal laws that require patient confidentiality.

Getting Started with Mental Health Counseling

Services are open to all Medicaid recipients who have mental health coverage with Molina or the Community Health Plan of Washington. You can self-refer to our mental health services, and we accept referrals from primary care clinics, crisis services, inpatient care clinics and others.

For new or returning patients, please call us at 360-694-5624 to set up an intake appointment. Intake appointments usually last 90 minutes. A clinician will discuss your symptoms, history, support structure and past treatments. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your intake appointment and bring your Molina or CHPW ID card with you. Intake for Brush Prairie counseling clients will take place in our Vancouver office.

We work with community partners who will provide additional services for you. For inpatient and other intensive services, we partner with the Peace Health ADAPT program, Telecare Evaluation &Treatment (E&T) Facility, Columbia River Mental Health and Community Services Northwest. For substance abuse services, we partner with Lifeline Connections.
