Tri-Cities Office Expansion 2026

Building a Stronger Future for Youth, Families, and Our Community

For more than six decades, LCSNW has been a trusted partner for youth and families across Benton and Franklin Counties. Beginning in 2026, we’re taking a bold step forward — expanding and relocating our Tri-Cities office to better meet growing community needs.

It’s more than a move – it’s a mission. This expansion represents our community’s investment in healing, dignity, and access to care for hundreds of youth and families who depend on our services.

Support the Expansion

Be Part of What’s Next

This is a once in a generation opportunity to shape the future of youth behavioral health care in the Tri-Cities. This expansion is made possible through the generosity of donors, partners, and community champions. Your financial support directly impacts the lives of local youth and families. Together, we can create a space where hope grows, healing happens, and families thrive.

Why We’re Expanding

For the past several years, the Tri-Cities region has seen increasing needs for accessible mental and behavioral health resources for local youth and families. As a leading provider of these services, LCSNW’s current facilities can no longer keep pace. We’ve operated out of our Kennewick Avenue and Morain Street locations for more than 30 years. While our programs expanded into a new office in Pasco in 2021, ongoing referrals and increased service needs have outgrown our existing Kennewick space.

To respond, we are consolidating our Kennewick offices and relocating to a modern, purpose built facility that allows us to serve more people—more effectively—under one roof.

This space will allow us to:

  • Serve more youth and families each year
  • Reduce wait times for critical behavioral health services
  • Bring teams together that are currently spread across multiple buildings
  • Create welcoming, trauma informed environments for youth and families
  • Improve staff collaboration and retention
  • Increase our capacity to serve future generations
  • Strengthen long term stability for vital community programs

This project ensures LCSNW can continue providing high quality, compassionate care — now and for decades to come.

Help us grow!
