Wraparound Services

Building on Family Strengths to Support Youth

We use the Wraparound process to help families and youth identify and address needs behind behaviors. Our strengths-based and team-oriented approach is for youth with mental health and behavioral challenges.

This is a voluntary and limited-time program. We help families set and meet their goals, along with building a team that will support them at home, school and in the community. We want participants to meet everyday challenges with confidence after they graduate from our program.

Wraparound is for children under age 18 and their families. You must be enrolled in the Cascade Health Alliance and be working with multiple agencies/systems. We work together with other service providers you are involved with in the Wraparound process.

To get started in Wraparound, ask one of your service providers to fill out a referral form for you. For more information, please call us at 541-883-3471. This is a combined program (Klamath Basin Wraparound) in partnership with Klamath Basin Behavioral Health and Cascade Health Alliance.
