Serving Pierce and Kitsap Counties
A variety of elder services are available through our South Puget Sound offices in Tacoma and Bremerton. We offer a variety of programs aimed at making the lives of our senior population happier and heathier. One of the many ways is through our activities serving those living with dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and other cognitive challenges, as well as their care partners and loved ones, regardless of age.
All Dementia Services Social Engagement Activities provide a great opportunity for seniors to socialize in safe settings, make new friends, and enjoy activities that are free of charge.

Serving King County
We are also committed to assisting our aging foreign-born elders and family caregivers and offer a variety of Aging and Independent Living services in King County from our SeaTac office. We assist our aging foreign-born elders in attaining the necessary skills to obtain their citizenship and to live fulfilling lives. To help with this we provide classes that are designed to help individuals improve and practice English, adjust to the US system and prepare for the US naturalization process.

Helping individuals navigate resources
Case Management Services in King, Kitsap and Pierce Counties
Through our case management services, we help individuals connect with community resources that support their overall health and well-being. Our dedicated case managers serve as trusted guides, working closely with clients to navigate systems of care, address their social determinants of health and health-related social needs, and overcome barriers to achieving stability. This includes support with housing, food, transportation, behavioral health, and more. We assist clients in setting personalized goals and developing action plans, while providing ongoing support through regular check-ins. Services are available in multiple languages to ensure everyone can access the help they deserve.
