A Fun Evening That Supports A Serious Cause

For more than 60 years, the programs of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, including the Sexual Assault and Family Trauma (SAFeT) Response Center, have offered hope, resources, and healing to thousands of Spokane-area citizens whose lives have been altered by trauma and violent crime.

We're looking for 8-12 volunteers to join our 2019 Spokane To Sandpoint Relay support team this Friday 8/16.

6-8 volunteers are needed from 7:30-10:00pm to ride their own bicycles along a 9-mile stretch of the Centennial Trail between the Harvard Rd. trail head in Liberty Lake to Spokane St. in Post Falls. These volunteers will be divided into two 3-4 person teams and patrol to trail to be sure runners feel safe and supported.

Another 2-4 volunteers are needed from 3:30-7:30pm to monitor equipment at an exchange point in Coeur d'Alene to be sure it doesn't walk away.

How much does it cost?

 

Individual Tickets – $100
Reserved Table for 10 – $1,000

Registration opens February 1, 2019

How do I register myself or a group?

Early, online registration is encouraged and may be done here.  Reservations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis and must be made in advance as space is limited.

The C&C Gala is a ticketless event.  Simply check in at the registration desk when you arrive to receive your table assignment, bidder number and event program.

What should I wear?

 

The Chocolate & Champagne Gala is a formal affair.  Evening or ball gowns for ladies and tuxedos or suits for men are recommended.

Staying the night?  Reservations for any of the Davenport Hotels may be made here.

I'm interested in volunteering. Who should I contact?

There are many volunteer opportunities associated with the Chocolate & Champagne Gala.  For more information, please check out our volunteer opportunities list.

Will I need to bring cash for the auction & games?

All games, raffle, and auction bidding will be done via bidder number.  Guests participating in these activities are asked to check out at the registration table at the conclusion of the event.

 

Cash or card may be required for parking, additional food or beverage orders, or other products or services provided by the hotel.
